Providing a seamless experience across iPad and Mac Desktop environments, this app helps you manage your job search by tailoring your resume and cover letter to a particular position, managing application specific contacts (hiring manager, HR, ...) with communication summaries, interview prep, and sentiment analysis.
The App will store details about your past experiences: significant projects, accomplishments, positions, certifications, publications, and more. While a resume must be short, your accomplishments are impossible to cover in a single page.
The App will ask you to paste in the job descriptions that you are interested in applying to. You will also enter information about the position like company and title. All of the positions you enter will be saved (on your device) and the app will help keep track of the status for each one from a position you are considering through getting an offer or rejection.
For each application, the app will use a Large Language Model to analyze the job description and select which of your experiences best demonstrate the capabilities and experience required for the position. It will then write a custom resume for that position based on the experiences that you have provided.
The Large Language Model will also use this information to write a cover letter for the position.
In addition to the resume and cover letter, and tracking each application from start to end, it can also manage and summarize communications with people from that company, help you prepare for interviews, and write thank you notes.
Depending on the subscription level you choose, you can install your own LLM (using an open source framework called Ollama - https://ollama.com) or decide to use our cloud service. All communications to the cloud are encrypted, and your data is only ever stored on your devices.
